UBIQUITOUS COACHING WITH CURIOSITY USING CLEAN LANGUAGE QUESTIONS
With a minimal amount of training, a leadership team, a management team, a development team, and/or any other group of people working together can learn to be curious about what is observed and presented by their colleagues – and thereby shift the culture away from contempt, honoring the unique contributions of each member and unearthing assumptions and desired outcomes, aligning, and clarifying as they go along. A mindset that promotes learning, inquiry, listening, mining for diverse views will be anti-fragile, able to be resilient and congruent. Clean Language questions and Clean for Teams processes are the tool that can take coaches, teams and leaders to the next level, regardless of domain (technical, leadership, process, etc.) I will present the what and engage the group in learning this valuable tool set.
