Clean Language Workshop

  • Pace University New York (map)

This is an opportunity to come along and experience the power of Clean Coaching in-the-wild, rather than from a training perspective. Taking 2 or 3 coaching clients, Caitlin will work live, in front of the group, demonstrating the power of the questions and the agility required to build models of people’s outcomes that they can use to coach themselves.

There will be opportunities to pause sessions and unpack where Caitlin’s attention is, to practice in pairs and threes so that you have an embodied sense of what it takes to run a clean coaching session and to gather information about whether this is a skill set that will support you in your own work.

Experience – before attending the course, we would like participants to have read up on Clean Language and to have watched online demonstrations so that you understand the basics and can ask high quality questions. A pack of resources will be sent to participants 2 weeks prior to the event.

Cailtin Walker will deliver the keynote of the Agile Day'18 in New York City on September 5th and we are excited to have schedule this workshop while she is visiting the Big Apple.
